T is still Teething but overall ok. Location is OK. There is free parking so if you have a car or bike it's fine. Not super central but walkable to beach and shopping. A few issues but most solved with a smile. A bit of confusion at check in. Weird noise in room with vibrations made sleep difficult for first night but I was relocated to another room thereafter. The new room had no safe but one was found and installed. Rooms and decor generally cheap and cheerful. It probably won't age well. Highlights include lovely rooftop pool area. Breakfast quite good but limited selection. I appreciated the organic salad bar. For the price a reasonable option all things considered if you get it on sale (I paid about $45 US per night including breakfast which I would say was good value)

My experience at T Hotel Pattaya could have been better. Despite booking a nine-night stay, my partner and I only endured one night for several significant reasons. First and foremost, the relentless noise from nearby nightclubs disrupted our sleep, making it nearly impossible to rest. When I approached the receptionist to request a room change for a quieter environment, I was shocked to be met with a demand for an additional 1000 - 3000 baht per night. This demand for payment was unreasonable and added to our discomfort. Moreover, the hotel itself was in a deplorable state. The overall cleanliness could have been better, with dirty and worn carpets, stained walls, and inadequate cleaning in our room. The cleaning staff added to the disturbance with their noisy gossiping and incessant phone usage, disregarding the "do not disturb" sign on our door and attempting to enter our room without permission. The staff's behaviour throughout my brief stay was disrespectful and unprofessional, leading me to believe there is a pervasive culture of disrespect toward guests in this establishment. Despite the potentially redeeming features of the swimming pool area and sauna, the experience was marred by loud music, completely obliterating any semblance of relaxation. Given these issues, I would strongly suggest against staying at T Hotel Pattaya. There are undoubtedly superior options available in the area for comparable prices. The severity of my experience led me to forfeit the remaining eight nights of my booking and seek accommodation elsewhere.

Booked here again as we had a fantastic stay last year and would have booked again next year . However that plan has gone out the window . The receptionist didn’t speak English and I don’t speak Thai , however fortunately my wife and daughter are Thai , even she said it’s bad that a hotel reception does not employ someone who talks English . That was fine and problem resolved . Checked in and got 1 room key ( for 3 staying in the room) I asked for a second key and was told 1 room 1 key?!! Ah ok so if we booked 2 rooms it would have still been 2 rooms 1 key rule!! Never heard so much rubbish ever and trust me I have stayed in many hotels . So up to the room after finally getting a second key ( I’m glad we did as the main key we dot didn’t work 😡) In the room there was 2 tiny towels that looked like face towels , that was for. 1 male and 2 females , if any man reading this knows women need 10 towels per shower 😂. So back down to the reception to ask the non English speaking receptionist to activate the key and to please have a 3rd towel for our daughter , as you can imagine she didn’t understand me , however the most horrible and rude person known as the manager was there and GRUDGINGLY activated the key and supplied a 3rd towel ( obviously there 1 room 1 key rule doesn’t extend to towels ) Had we not paid in advance I’d have walked out there and then !! To the owner of T PATTAYA you seriously need to get rid of your manager on at 5pm yesterday 09.03.2023 before you lose anymore customers . I am in real I’m 511 until the 14th

Lovely room but when your nearly 50 the event that they had on next door was a bit much as the rooms don’t have soundproofing 😂🤪food was ok and staff were spot on,sauna and pool was the nuts but a bit cold,THERE ALWAYS HAS TO BE ONE 🙄😁other than that it wasn’t a bad stay for the price 💯👌

Terrible experience, the shower was broken for 3 days. 1st night my wife was shocked with our room. Moved us on the same side 2 floors down. The issue was the night club playing music. Then our double bed was 2 single beds pushed together. My arm trapped in the night. Day 2 they seen the email, didn't change the sheets just made the bed. Day 3 go reception to complain. I'm the problem I get told. Asked to get shower repaired. Go to your room was the reply. Waiting in the room then 2 maids appear 3 hrs later to clean, then my wife finds they not change the hand towels left the dirt one's there. My wife has visited hospital due to sore throat. Dr advised has been caused by sleeping in a draft from airconditiong. Paying extra now for covid testing today and medication for no reason absolute joke.
